ANAC published approval of auction to privatize airports

The Federal Official Gazette published yesterday (04/09) the approval of the outcome of the auction of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) for the concession of the airports of Guarulhos, Campinas and Brasilia to private enterprise. The auction took place on February 6. The approval was made ​​at a meeting of ANAC, last Thursday (04/05), in Rio de Janeiro.

The Union will receive for providing R$ 24.5 billion, almost five times the minimum value of R$ 5.47 billion, stipulated by the government.

The higher premium (673.39%) was offered by the Consortium Inframérica, who won the event of the airport in Brasilia with the proposal of R$ 4.51 billion. In Guarulhos, the Consortium Invepar ACSA won with a bid of R$ 16.213 billion (premium of 373.51%). The Consortium Aeroportos Brasil won the competition for Viracopos in Campinas, with offer of R$ 3.821 billion (premium of 159.75%).

On the timeline of the process, the signing of the concession contracts of the threeairports will be on May 25.
